Garfield Alumni Foundation

The mission of the Garfield Alumni Foundation is to engage in
educational and charitable projects that benefit the students of
James A. Garfield High School by utilizing the skills and talents of
our alumni.

Our goal is to maintain the educational, athletic, musical and
pageantry units of the school by making scholarships available to
the students. The foundation makes this possible with the
assistance of corporations, local business, and individual
contributions.

Another one of our goals is to develop beneficial relationships
between the foundation, James A. Garfield High School, alumni,
parents and the community.

One of the major projects we participate in each year is raising
funds for the scholarship program we sponsor. Each year we award
scholarships to deserving Garfield seniors to assist them in their
educational goals.
