- If you do not know the information, type in "to be announced" or "to be decided", "N/A" if not applicable
- The Foundation will not edit or make corrections to your Reunion posting information
- Your information will be published "as is" so you are responsible proofing your information
- Flyers submitted must be portrait layout in jpeg format and can be up to two pages
- The Foundation reserves the right to reject sub-standard flyers
- If you do not have a flyer, our service provider can produce your flyer for a one time fee of $50
- The Foundation reserves the right to reject your submission if the rules are not followed
- For a Donation of $50, the Foundation will include your notice on our Email Blast.
