Guests must mention the name of their group: The Garfield Alumni 5th Quarter Dance and provide a credit card to guarantee their reservations.

Rate: The special rate of $85.00 plus tax (13%) is for a standard King Bedded Room or 2 Queens Room at single or double occupancy. There is a $15 charge for any additional people. An upgraded golf -view room is also available for an additional $5 dollars above your group rate. This rate is valid from 11/14/2008 through 11/16/2008 only.

Cut-off Date: Guests wanting to book under this group must arrange for their accommodations by no later than 11/03/2008. Special rates are not guaranteed after the cut off date. Rooms are sold on a first come first serve basis.

Hotel Policy: Check in time is guaranteed at 3:00 p.m. and check out time is at 12:00 p.m. on the date of departure. For an early check in please call the hotel the morning of your arrival to check rates and availability. THE HOTEL DOES NOT GUARANTEE EARLY CHECK INS.
