Garfield Alumni Foundation

Scholarships are important to GHS Graduating Seniors and can make the difference in continuing education.

The Garfield Alumni Foundation scholarships afford deserving students the opportunity to enter post-secondary educational institutions.  An impactful part of their academic life, scholarships are extremely important to those students who have worked very hard to achieve the grade point average and honors to be accepted to Universities and other colleges.  The absence of scholarships might pose a financial burden for their families and be a setback to their higher education.

Every year the Foundation awards a minimum of 20, $500 scholarships.  This year we awarded 22 scholarships made possible by the generosity of our alumni and community members’ donations and attendance to our Fundraising events, and, we are always striving to increase the numbers of Scholarships we award to GHS students.
